So I was out jogging with my brother awhile back. We were running four miles around the local park in the rain and hail, not much fun, but is running ever fun? Anyways, I'm not the running type, so by the time we reached the halfway mark of the third lap I'd fallen way behind my brother. Hell, I couldn't even see him anymore! Jogging down one of the streets I spotted a dog up ahead. It wasn't anything abnormal, dogs were always out and about with their owners. This dog didn't have his owner nearby though.
